A combination of the words ''Stupid'' and ''Proud''.

Noun: An extremely uneducated and troubled person who born and raised in an environment opposite of that which he claims to be. (ex. grew up in a farming town but pretends they're a gangster). The type of person who plays the mobile game ''Thug Life'' and insists that being a character on there makes them one in real life. Username is probably ''Cheap Noodle'' or something like that.
