A respectful salute to your hard working coworkers.

"Rock and stone" has many uses outside this limited scope, all of which are positive.

Engineer: Rock and stone to the bone!

Rock and Stone 

A sentence with only 3 words and nearly as much different uses as the word fuck. But never to be used in the memorial hall. If Rock and Stone is used it is mandatory for everyone that heard it to also repeat it.
A greeting,
A war cry,

A salute,
To call attention to oneself.
