A rotcock is somebody who has REALLY pissed you off with bad customer service. The word itself suggests that they have a venereal disease, but in fact they're just somebody who gave poor service out of stupidity. You're so angry at them that you have difficulty thinking clearly. Rotcocks : hate their job, cannot read, blow spit bubbles, love Tony Danza and are incapable of giving a shit.
Customer: Fries, shake and cheeseburger please.

ROTR
Rock On The Range, an annual rock festival featuring some oft the most popular bands in hard rock, alternative rock, and metal. There are so far 2 venues - Columbus, Ohio (first debut in May 2007) and Winnipeg, Manitoba (first debut in June 2009)

Raotrcl was originally thought up by Daniel Remy of California and is a term which is used when a person thinks something is so funny that they want to run around the room while chuckling. Loudly.
