Prio 

Originates from the ancient billy, thinking that a prio was another word for a three of a kind, a poker hand. This statement by a young hood was exploited to the max and is now used when a 3 point shot is dropped.

"Just dropped a tasty prio on ure ass!"

The act of provoking someone by pretending your priorities have changed creating a less stable or hurtful situation.

During the argument which escalated quickly, Anna felt deeply hurt and to see his reaction, she as a prioritease told Steven she needed to focus on school right now and couldn't see him for a while.

The combination of priority and organization. One without the other does little good. Priorganization is organizing ones tasks and/or lives based on their priorities.

I have so many things I need to do. I really need to priorganize or I'll never get done what I need to do.

prioblem 

Prioblem is used as a synonym for a major problem. It's an abstract of "priority" and "problem". The word is frequently used for technical issues where quick solutions are needed.

"Damned, all our core routers have failed! The data center is offline! Now we really got a prioblem!"

total priority 

A measurement used to distinguish between items of work that are all deemed by the customer to be the highest priority.

When everything is priority 1, you can calculate the total priority by asking what order those tasks should be done in. The total priority is a representation of this order, for instance 1a, 1b, 1c.

If you find you end up with multiple items with the same total priority, simple repeat the process and append another letter e.g. 1aa, 1ab, 1ac until they get the message.

"Taking into consideration the total priority of those 20 high priority tasks, I think I'll be able to do 3 of them by next week"
