a pinkle is a name typically for adolescent males who are usually hot and EXTREMELY attractive. they can be found in the toilets crying because a female called him a pinkle or trying to get a job to pay for their therapy. if you see a pinkle then you should give them a hug and pay for their therapy for at least a month.
