Peeance 

A word president George W. Bush created. Nobody can begin to fathom what it means. Only used once, with the word 'freeance' succeeding it, during a speech.

A phrase made up by Dubya, used to refer to Iraq. From context, it apparently has a positive connotation, but is distinct in meaning from "secure". Most likely means something to the effect of "peaceful and free".

Preancé  

A pre-fiancé (or pre-fiancée), generally the result of a long-term relationship assumed by all to be headed for eventual engagement; the designation one step above boyfriend (or girlfriend), but a notch below fiancé (or fiancée).

After he agreed six years into their relationship that someday he would indeed propose to her, Karen began referring to Craig as her preancé to indicate they weren't just dating aimlessly.

Peence 

A penis that is long (apprx. 6-12 inches flaccid) and is incredibly skinny. Basically the opposite of a chode.

Everyone laughed at Mason's peence because it was funny looking. He then cut it off that night because he realized that it is better to have no penis than a peence at all.

A noun used to describe the act of atonement for a crime or a sin. Penance usually involves corporeal punishment or demeaning tasks.

When Rhiannon's daughter was missing, it was believed that Rhiannon ate her. As penance for this act, Rhiannon was to carry visitors to the castle on her back.
