An absolutely amazing band consisting of the genius that is Adam Young. Most people judge him on his overplayed song Fireflies, which isn't even one of his best. Genre: Dreampop/Electronic. If you think you don't like Owl City, go listen to Vanilla Twilight and Hot Air Balloon. If you do this and still don't like Owl City, you can go die in a hole for all I care. However, if you think you like Owl City and have only heard Fireflies, go study up you noob.

Owl City is brilliant, yet as soon as the radio kicks in, an artist begins to lose his fans. Prime example: Owl City. Don't get me wrong, Owl City is fantastic. The only problem with Owl City is the song. It was so good, the radio had to play it again and again until you couldn't stand it, as if it was going to become the source of your migraines. Now it's at the bottom of my list and I try to stay away from listening to it. Thank the radio for ruining such brilliance that used to be appealing to the masses.

A 1 man group consisting of Adam Young. His style is mostly electronic and synthpop. Got popular by posting his music on sites like MySpace. Now being a someone who absolutely hates pop and mainstream "music", i actually like this guy. Soothing sounds, clever lyrics and a lot of his songs are happy and joyful.
The only problem I have with this guy is that he uses autotune. I fucking hate autotune, why does he use it? After hearing some of his live shows/recordings on Youtube i can hear that he doesn't need it. Anyways excluding the autotune this guy has got talent and his songs always make me happy. :)

Ocean eyes was pretty good. His new one isn't bad either (his new name is Sky Sailing).This ones acoustic, Owl City fans should definitely check it out! :D
