ORV Fans are people who reads Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint (ORV) and likes to torture themselves by saying "51+49" or film themselves in a subway with the tags saying "#orv" and "omniscientreadersviewpoint". they are people who accept spoilers from their social media accounts and likes to torture each other by making angst art, videos, and edits. There was also a video of an armpit sweating edit of ORV that went viral and is used in half of the ORV edits and videos.
