(verb, noun, or adjective) The act of saying something completely idiotic, and then once criticized for their unbelievable stupidity say you were joking. Known to be the most fucking idiotic way to get away with not knowing the most basic of information.

Joe (talking to his friends): Yo, did you see Deadpool yet?

Bob the Noobshant: Whats a Deadpool?

Joe: OMG, you fucking idiot, it's currently the most watched movie in the world!!! How the fuck do you not know that movie?

Bob the Noobshant: I'm just Joking.

First coined by Kizuel, from new (with b as in freebie). + skates(skâts)) = "noobskates"

--breaking down the definitions--

NOOB: a newcomer or novice, esp. an inexperienced user of the Internet or of computers in general.

SKATES: Shoes or light boots with a metal runner or blade fitted to the sole, used for skating on ice.

EXPLANATION: although the definition of a "noob" and a "noobskates" (when referring to a person) are virtually the same, the use of "skates" on the end of "noob" reinforces the absurdity of the individual's "newbieness". It is both singular and plural with the s termination.

GENERAL USE:

"Damn, that guy is a real noobskates."

SPECIFIC USE:

"NSA is the biggest noobskates I have ever met."

A freshman or new person in a school or work place that is clad in an exceptionally scandalous way to get attention from the opposite gender. Usually pertains to those of a female orientation, however, an exceptional man could also fit the bill.

Sarah: "Did you see that girl wearing a mini skirt and plunging top? She was practically falling out all over the place! And the guys just kept STARING!"

Noobhatma

A "Noobhatma"* is a peaceful noob in a chatroom. He is defined by breaking no rules but furiously annoying everyone. He responds to trolls who attack with either confusion or laughter, and try as you might, you just can't get rid of them.**

*Refering to "Mahatma Gandhi." Mahatma means great spirit, or peaceful spirit.

**Assuming you are not a mod, and the mods won't kick unless a rule is broken.
