Munchy Box 

In the west of Scotland, in the towns and villages surrounding Glasgow, there is a delicacy available in some of the more discerning fast-food outlets. It’s called the Munchy Box.

The munchy box aka pizza box typically has a layer of Doner Kebab meat on top of a Naan Bread, maybe with some Glasgow Salad (chips) poking out from underneath. The wonders that await!

munchy walk 

A "munchy walk" is when you go in to a big box store like Costco or Sam's and have a taste of all the sample foods being offered.

My wife and I were at Costco and we dined for free at 10 food stations around the warehouse. In this 'munchy walk' we also get our daily exercise.
