1. A scape goat, something that can be blamed for anything.
2. A filler word for when there is nothing else to be said, also a substitute for the word "yes".
3. A word used when when wasted, drunk or high

1. "Is it raining out again? Yea, its those damn molikers fault!"
2. Two guys are laying by the pool, the weather is perfect, just cracked a couple of beers. The one word to best describe the perfection of the moment, "molikers!"
3. That guy is on his twelfth beer, ask him if he is drunk. His response to are you drunk, "Molikers!"
