Kuroken is the slash ship between Kenma Kozume and Tetsurou Kuroo. It doesn't matter of you ship it romantically or platonically, its a very cute ship that definitely deserves love. They are canonically very close in the manga and can read each other's emotions and communicate non-verbally.
In canon, the two are best friends since childhood. The two were neighbours.
