typically the coolest person in a crowd. normally comes with a head full of curly hair, but some are equally as cool with other hair types. it is rare to find a jad, but once you do you must keep him forever. often not very confident so it makes him feel good when you shower him with compliments.

Lead vocalist and musician in the late 70's emergent bedroom band Half Japanese. Jad
is known for his unique singing style. He is one of the most respected artists of the underground scene. David Fair, brother of Jad and fellow band mate, is another key ingredient in the super awesome badassity that is Half Japanese. Their philosophy on music is apart of what makes them so awesome: to pick up an instrument and play is to know how to play. Anyone can play music, you don't have to be formally trained. Jad was a drummer, a guitarist, and a vocalist the first day he started half japanese. you can do the same!
