great supine protoplasmic invertebrate jellies

The insult given to the gathered members of the London Assembly by London Mayor, Boris Johnson
B. Johnson: "Are you saying they're abdicating their duty to scrutinize me?"
"Are you saying that they haven't the guts to put the questions to me?"
"Great supine protoplasmic invertebrate jellies!"

Inverteboss

Relative to the word "invertebrate". A boss or leader who has no spine to make tough decisions or stand their ground when confrontations arise. This leader will be influenced by the slightest pressure and will fold their stance instead of holding firm to believed opinions. A title holder with no self respect.
"I can't believe Urban Dictionary rejected my added definition of inverteboss. Guess it didn't have enough obscenities or sexual innuendos included in the description".

invertebrother

A cool saying instead of bro
"HoWs it going my invertebrother?"
"Pretty good wicked sis"

Invertebrate Politics

The inability of any given political agent to actually respect, comment on or support any position outside of established party lines despite being fundamentally offensive to personal ideology.
So, we should just ignore massive national debt, the endorsement of white nationalism and ridiculous, weaponized tariff impositions that are ultimately paid by US consumers?
Of course! That's how Invertebrate Politics work...it'll be fine. Right?

Invertebrella

A condition that an umbrella can suffer in a sudden burst of strong wind. Sometimes the condition can be reversed and the umbrella can be saved. Typically the umbrella ends up in the trash and the owner of the umbrella ends up soaked and angry.
Lynda enters the house soaked...

Marty: Whoa, you're soaked! Don't you have an umbrella?

Lynda: I did, but the wind got hold of it and flipped it inside out. I tried to bend it back, but it just broke, cut my finger, and I got soaked. It's in the in the trash.

Marty: Bummer. Bad case of invertebrella huh?

Lynda: What?

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
