How that

A phrase used by neds (chavs if your english) all over the world. They say it when they don't understand something or sometimes when they do but just want attention from the teacher/parent/authority figure present. It really means:
"Can you explain how that works" But being neds they just knock words of of sentences to let them speak more rubbish faster.

Teacher:"Why doesnt helium react?"
Parent: "Because it is a noble gas"
Authority Figure: "It has No outer electrons"
Ned: "How That!?!?!?!"
Chav: "Aye! How That?"

That's how that goes

A phrase stated with attitude (emphasis on the second 'that') upon successfully winning a fight with an inanimate object that was giving you difficulty. For greater effect, the object is spoken to directly with a stern and intense look.

Edwin opened a jar that no one else could. He promptly held the now open jar at eye level looking at it intensely and said "That's how that goes."

I can see how that happened

Something to say when you see a gorgeous woman pushing a baby stroller or carrying a child. It's considered a subtle way of pointing out a hottie in the vicinity.

Opposite of I can't see how that happened.

First example:
Guy #1: Look at that MILF over there!
Guy #2: I can see how that happened.

Second example:
Guy #1: Blah blah blah blah blah.
Guy #2: (nods in a direction) I can see how that happened.
Guy #1: Oh yeah, totally.

the easiest way to end an argument when your opponent relays their intentions to do something that you do not agree with.

(online or in text msg, etc)
"I have to go shopping"
'I shop online, you must have tons of time on your hands. it's Christmas and the stores are packed!'
"The traffic here is fine."
'I thought it was snowing there.'
"I have snow tires! duh."
'You know, there are websites that sell things much cheaper.'
"But there is a sale going on at my favorite place!"
'fine. let me know how that works out for you.'

Best way to diffuse (yep, this is trolling!): "U mad?"

Something to say when you see a particularly unfortunate looking woman with children. It's considered a subtle way of pointing out a troll in the vicinity.

Opposite of I can see how that happened.

First example:
Guy #1: Oh my God, that woman hurts my eyes. How'd she get so many kids?
Guy #2: I can't see how that happened.

Second example:
Guy #1: Blah blah blah blah blah.
Guy #2: (nods in a direction) I can't see how that happened.
Guy #1: Thanks, I didn't look directly.
