A horse girl is a girl that is obsessed with the attention she gets from her horse, loving her horse, and maybe even taking a love interest in her horse. The "horse girl" phenomenon was created on the app Tik Tok. She walks on all fours, impersonating a horse, and eats what a horse eats, carrots, apples, etc., and of course, all she talks about is horses! She is also very disliked by her peers, and no one besides other horse girls wants to be around her.

A girl who sets no boundaries between herself and the animal kingdom. Often described as "creepy" and "freakish" she has a definite personality disorder and does not like humans of the human kind. During what she calls "mating season" she will act even more irregular and may even get freaky offscreen. Her favorite snack is a big ol' carrot and has been known to never walk up the stairs normally.

A girl who wears t-shirts with horses on them and tapered denim pants, has really long hair in which they braid and fasten with a scrunchie in the back of their head, will "gallop" on the track during gym class, is only friends with other girls who like horses and will look down on you because you are not a horse.
The woman I worked for used to be a horse girl, she had an entire wall full of just pictures of her with her horse and always talked about the weekends she would spend riding them.
