Biiiiiig fan of the band the american urban/rock/hip-hop/pop/indie/alternative band "The Neighbourhood" (can also be spelled The NBHD)... Hoodlum is kinda like 'directioner', 'belieber' or 'swiftie', just another band.

A hardcore fan of the band called "The Neighbourhood" . Hoodlums could range from shy little teenage girls with hunched backs who don't talk, or could even be a hipster guy with spacers and a beard. Don't fall into the hoodlum life and gert obsessed with Jesse and the guys
