All the gays fled Chelsea and now are populating this part of Hell's Kitchen - an area square from (from the southeast) 33rd St & 8th Ave to 43rd St & 10th Ave. Curbed.com says: It's everything you hate about Hells Kitchen and nothing you like about Chelsea.

As much as I love the price of my Hellsea apartment, I can't stand Times Square, the Lincoln Tunnel traffic and all the damn tourists.

Hellyeah(person)

A very VERY cute and or adorkable person, who is a very smart individual;usually keeps to herself while reading, big extrovert(kinda) and basically a perfect all rounder. She is a nerd, a bookworm, and may read the same book over and over again but that is one of her many great qualities. She will make you laugh but also shes very sweet, very AWESOME. Shes such a great person not trashy at all and loves to see movies at the theater. Another amazing thing about her is that she is fun to be around usually and she will trust her closest friends but can be self conscious but even though the most perfect looking people aren't perfect inside, anyone who can still love Italia after finding out what she's really like would most likely be perfect for each other...
