Females whose calf meets their ankle with no tapering have cankles. Men with very hairy legs who have the same condition have hankles.

Hankl is another word to call (generally female) wrists (plural; Hankls). Sometimes rubbed and licked when really sad.
Ex. Chenrey: Hey, I am sorry that you are feeling sad, do you want me to sit on your hankls?
Shendra: I’d really appreciate that thanks.
