When you are drunk/high, and begin to say things incoherently and not comprehend anything.

“Hey what do you want to watch on tv?”
“Erhh hav you herd that nu sooshhi eating downtown?”
“Huh? I asked if you wanted to watch tv, Do you have gummy brain or something?”
