1. When someone uses a faux Italian phrase or saying, something made in another country with the false pretenses it its Italian/Roman in origins.
2. A Catch all phrase for replacing Italian Words you are unsure of/ A satirical phrase for unknown Italian words
3. Whenever you get excited about something remotely related to Italy
Ex. 1: Antonio: Man, my cousin in America says they put white sauce on Pasta
Filippo : Sounds like a bunch of Gàbagooíé to me
Ex. 2: Jerry: What kind of import car did he get?
Anzar: One of the Romero Gàbagooíés I think
Ex. 3: Mark: I got us some pizza from Papa Guido's
Erick: Gàbagooíé!
This is an addition to the previous definition, which is half right. "Gabagool" is slang for "capicola." It is not a mispronunciation, but is instead in Napolitan dialect, which is what the Sopranos and many Italian-Americans use.
The rule in this dialect is to chop off ending vowels and to voice unvoiced consonants.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
