Shoes worn by people who attend funerals. Sometimes worn to school by Jehovah's Witnesses. Often cheap and ugly.

Standard black lace-up dress shoes, usually cheap and uncomfortable. Often bought for a funeral and never worn again.

"You're seriously wearing cowboy boots with that?"
"My other choices were Nikes and funeral shoes, so yeah."
