the act of grabbing the strings of a persons hoodie and pulling them tight so that the persons face is totally closed in then knotting the strings so it is difficult to untie because the person is unable to see. Performed by a real asshole.

Another term for ABV, or Already Been Vaporized, marijuana, after it's been used up in a vaporizer (i.e Volcano, DaVinci, etc.) to it's fullest vaporizing capacity. It ends up looking very dark brown and granular, much like Folger's instant coffee, hence the name.

That grass looks pretty folgered, time to reload the vape.

When a tripfag has their photos saved to a folder dedicated to that tripfag by an obsessive data hoarder on websites like 4chan. This could be done to hold it over the tripfag's head later on, to jerk off to and repost later, or just to satisfy a compulsion to save everything about the non-anons they interact with.

That's the anon that posted it, unless he got foldered.
