I think you'll find that this phrase has been recreated many times by creative young linguists ... My friends and I used it in the 70's and it was spread by myself in Canada amonsts friends over there in the 80's - also Futhamucker

FuthaMukka is the correct spelling for the toned down version of MotherFucker. As a spoonerism FuthaMukka can be used with out offence in polite company or to avoid censorship.

It is rarely used as an insult as FuthaMukka is considered a complement when prefixed with words like bad, sexy, dirty etc.
