a combination of frustrated and puzzled as to why a task or thing won't work or perform or act as expected and not knowing how or why

I put a new starter on my Harley but it didn't work right so I took it off and tested it , and it worked fine! I put it back on the bike and again it didn't work right . Let me tell you I was fruzzled !!
