Acronym: Face Off Crimewatch, Body Off Baywatch.

Any male or female with a somewhat repulsive facial outlook (similar to that of a hardened criminal/crack addict), who inexplicably also possesses the body of a mid-level supermodel (see: Pamela Anderson/David Hasselhoff).

Shallow male 1: Eurgh, dude, have you seen that creature? The one with the facial warts?

Shallow male 2: Yeah, but dude, look at the bod! Definate FOCBOB dilemma.
