Fbr is a way of sAying fully blooded Russians which is a Russian gang in forest hills high school. The most ghetto school of all but if u ever have beef there is always one of these fbr members there. They are known to be dangerous so be carefully

a group of kids from schools; forest hills high school, and francis lewis, who really be all about that gang gang lifestyle. They ride around Fresh Meadows on moped screaming at old ladies. And going to Rabbi Wakins program for hotspot. They are infamously known for being in thousands of dollars worth of clothing, and asking randoms for a dollar at the Deli.
