1. The feeling one gets that is similar to being high that a person can get after severe sleep deprivation
2. When somebody is starting to get high after taking a drug, but they are not yet fully zooted
3. The slightly high feeling people have after they come down from a high if they dont crash

1. I've been up for 2 days and I'm severely equatared
2. Person 1: "You zooted yet?"
Person 2: "Nah, almost tho, I'm pretty equatared."
3. I didn't crash when I came down from being high and now I'm just chilling while equatared

Typically applied to a group of two or more people who are equally retarded.

Justin Trudeau is the prime minister of Canada, considered as a "first among equals with other Members of Parliament ", I.E. he is an "equitard".
