He is most likely to 1), get an evil plan, 2), attempt to enslave some legendary power that only he's ever heard of, 3), lose control of said power, and then 4), exclaim that he can't believe he's lost control of said power... then get owned by sonic.

Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik

Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, more commonly known as Dr. Eggman, is the main antagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series. Sporting an IQ of 300, the Doctor's ambition is to take over the planet and establish the Eggman Empire. His plans have been so far thwarted by Sonic & friends, or Robotnik's own plans backfiring on him. In the past Robotnik would rely solely on his robots, called Badniks, to defeat Sonic and aid in his gathering of the Chaos Emeralds, which are seven extremely powerful gems, to conquer the world. More recently however, the Doctor has deviated from using armies of robots and instead attempts to unleash various mythical beasts and/or gods to help in his takeover of the planet. These sorts of schemes are the ones to backfire, as Robotnik can't seem to control what he has awoken for very long. The Doctor will then usually choose to flee or assist Sonic & friends in defeating the monster.
"I am Dr. Robotnik, the greatest scientific genius in the world!" - Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik

"Success! A brilliant success! Eggmanland will finally come to be!" - Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik

Dr Eggman

His full name is Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik. Dr Robotnik has an IQ of 300 which he uses to kill animals and attempts to drill a hole in Sonic’s forehead. Sometimes he gets creative and once even shot up an entire forest for shits and giggles. He then spent 55 minutes laughing about it and also he finds glee in emaciating animals by shoving their asses into cages and locking them. He also eats 299 eggs every day to keep his Eggman size.

The word 'flag' as pronounced by people with thick Belfast accents. The term is a perfect encapsulation of the disproportionate and overblown reaction to the removal of the Union Jack (as in 'de fleg') from above City Hall in Belfast. Where previously it had flown for 365 days per year, it is now flown on 17 designated days of the year - in line with many other British cities.

The event caused a portion of the Protestant community ('fleggers') to make international pricks of themselves as they proceeded to wreck the fucking place, claiming it was another erosion of a 'British' identity they perceive to have been under attack since the horrifying spectre of equality reared its head in Northern Ireland.

The word 'fleg' - and indeed 'fleggers' - fittingly describes a section of humanity unconcerned with knowledge, reality or the vagaries of the English language. Like America's tea-baggers they are ruled by instinct, fear and paranoia with a side dish of rampant bigotry and startling ignorance of the world around them.
"Wat de fuck like! The taigs got de fleg took down! Let's wreck de fuckin place! No surrender!"

"De fleg has been took down! Before ye know it there'll be a united Ireland! Attack Short Strand! God Save The Queen!"

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
"I skeefed an apple off the neighbor's tree." "I skeefed some chips outta your bag when you looked away." "Don't skeef my chair when I go to the bathroom."
