(Noun) A gritty term for straight men who only gay sex while high on drugs, leaving their wild persona behind but often taking home unwanted souvenirs like STDs from their escapades.

He turns into a crystal queer while partying, living it up until dawn, only to return to reality with a couple of regrets and STDs he picked up along the way.
