CoUnCY: The most widely used definitaion of CounCY is being bounced from one social housing estate to the next,the main offences are: (a) shitting in your neigbours yard..
(b) general criminal activity (c) showing porn to young children (d) throwing bricks through ur neigbours window
(e) having too many babbies,(f) being a general council slut..
unfortunately the main criteria for getting on the shitty council board,which is why the council is still a shit place to live,is because you either (a) have to have one to fifteen kids or (b)no job(c) a major attitute problem and a drug or alcohol habit(d) a previous history with the local police..IF YOU ARE SINGLE AND CIVILISED YOU DO NOT QUALIFY..
