To chinta strat is to take someone's items/
possessions aggressively and frequently. Another name for the all known chinta strat is "Fantum Tax, Chinta Edition". The term was founded by the person, Sai Chinta. People who commit the Chinta Strat like touching others tend and aggressively feel them the possessions, sensation every touch.
