Someone who is overly obsessed with a celebrity, who the majority of the time sucks, and the person is only is only obsessed with him/her because the celeb is hot/cute/sexy etc.

Celeb-Obsessed girl: Oh my god! I just got 37 new posters of Justin Bieber! Im going to hang them up right next to my Zac Effron posters! Oh wait! All that room next to Zac is taken up by my posters of Taylor Lautner!! Oh well, its ok! I can just put my Justin posters on the ceiling! Oh my god they are all so dreamy!!
