Breadfruit 

Word originating in Trinidad, popping the stem off a large breadfruit (a fruit from a tree) and the act of penetrating the hole created. It's also used to describe masturbation.

I haven't had it so long, I could use a quick breadfruit.

Breadfruiter

Comes from the West Indian word breadfruit (please see Urban Dictionary for meaning of breadfruit). A breadfruiter is one who breadfruits, in other words abuses a breadfruit.

John's a breadfruiter, since he can't get a woman.
