BWF stands for BodyWeight Fitness, a type of training that rely mainly on the weight of your own body as the resistance, like push-ups, rows, pull-ups and dips. Diverse equipment including gymnastic rings, parallel bars and ab wheels may be used. It may include elements from gymnastics, handbalancing, breakdancing, etc. Even classic bodyweight movements, like pull-ups and dips, when loaded (using a dip belt to attach weights for example) can also be considered to be part of the umbrella term "bodyweight fitness" or BWF.

One of the best backyard wrestling federations in existence. BWF actually stands for "Basement Wrestling Federation" because the first event took place in a basement.

Now defunct, The BWF hosted some fantastic matches, including the light tube assault between Bozack and Outsider, and the Hardcore Championship match between Cannon and Triple X.

By Women For Women.
This term can be applied to a work, a genre, a business, etc. It means that it's produced by females and targeted at a female audience.

1. Yaoi is overwhelmingly created and consumed by females; gay/bi males are a relatively small group.
2. Some insurance companies specifically target women, but this would only be a true example of BWFW if the company's employees (and management in particular) were themselves mostly women.
