Somebody who is extremely overpriveleged and most likely never had to work for anything like the millenials that easily get off after committing serious felonies such as Stanford Rapist "Brock Turner". Comes from the terms "Born with a silver spoon" and "coon ass".

A spoon ass teenager in a BMW nearly caused me to wreck by not using his turn signal.
