Arduino is a physical computing platform based on a simple I/O board and a development environment that implements the Processing/Wiring language. Arduino can be used to develop stand-alone interactive objects or can be connected to software running on a computer (e.g., Adobe Flash, Processing, Max/MSP, Pure Data, SuperCollider).

Arduino engineer

Someone who is into electronics, or so he says, but doesnt know anything beyond arduino. The kind of person to pay 3 times the price for a pack of resistors just because it says "Arduino compatible" in the title.
Usually uses example codes, modified versions of example codes, or drag n' drop tools like scratch, as he doesn't really know how to program either.

P1: You are into electronics right? How can I wire this 555 timer to make this led blink?
P2: Its easier than that, just use open this blink sketch
P3: Wow, you must be an Arduino engineer.
