Arab out the trash

Verb: The act of throwing one's trash out the window, leaving city sanitation to clean up the mess.

1) A girl hears a loud crash out her window, and peeks her head out to see what the balagan is...

Arab: "What are you looking at? What?! I'm Arab, I throw my trash out the window, what you gonna do about it?!"

Girl: "Nothing...do what you want."

2) "This really smells like shit, let's Arab out the trash!"
