Anti-shipping

When someone is against other people shipping a fictional couple because they personally dislike it.

Believing other people shouldn't enjoy a certain pairing and actively demanding those people to stop shipping it, generally involving morals as a reason to why they don't like the pairing and nobody else should.
Person 1: The other day an anti harassed me because they found out I ship Sylvie and Loki.

Person 2: Ugh, anti-shipping is so dumb. Why do you care that I like something that you don't? They're so childish.

anti-shipping

(1) The intense opposition of the phenomenon of shipping.
(2) A strong opposition to a particular character pairing.

n. anti-shipper: One who anti-ships.

v. anti-ship: To anti-ship.
(1) After suffering through 700 shipping threads on anime forums, I finally gave into temptation and initiated an anti-shipping campaign. But the shippers bitched so much that those asshat admins banned me for trolling.

(2) Why aren't there more Shinji/Rei anti-shippers? That relationship is wrong on SO many levels.

Anti-shipping

When someone is against a certain two people dating each other; the opposite of "shipping"
I'm anti-shipping it. He's not good enough for her.

Anti-shipping

Anti-shipping is an ideology opposed to conventional methods of delivery. People who believe in anti-shipping are called anti-shippers.
Person 1: "Hey, I found a first pressing of The Beatles! Would you like me to send it to you with FedEx or USPS?" Person 2: "I am anti-shipping! I would walk 500 miles - and I would walk 500 more- just to be the man who picked up the item locally and said f*** you to sleazy postal services!"

Anti-shipping

When someone is against fictional pedophilic and incestuous ships. The opposite of Proship, which is when somebody supports those ships and drawing/writing child porn and incest.
Person 1: Rick x Morty is so cute!
Person 2: What the fuck. That’s literally incest and pedophilia.
Person 1: Go fuck yourself. Anti-shipping is so annoying. It’s fictional so who cares if I look at child porn of them?

The word 'flag' as pronounced by people with thick Belfast accents. The term is a perfect encapsulation of the disproportionate and overblown reaction to the removal of the Union Jack (as in 'de fleg') from above City Hall in Belfast. Where previously it had flown for 365 days per year, it is now flown on 17 designated days of the year - in line with many other British cities.

The event caused a portion of the Protestant community ('fleggers') to make international pricks of themselves as they proceeded to wreck the fucking place, claiming it was another erosion of a 'British' identity they perceive to have been under attack since the horrifying spectre of equality reared its head in Northern Ireland.

The word 'fleg' - and indeed 'fleggers' - fittingly describes a section of humanity unconcerned with knowledge, reality or the vagaries of the English language. Like America's tea-baggers they are ruled by instinct, fear and paranoia with a side dish of rampant bigotry and startling ignorance of the world around them.
"Wat de fuck like! The taigs got de fleg took down! Let's wreck de fuckin place! No surrender!"

"De fleg has been took down! Before ye know it there'll be a united Ireland! Attack Short Strand! God Save The Queen!"

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
"I skeefed an apple off the neighbor's tree." "I skeefed some chips outta your bag when you looked away." "Don't skeef my chair when I go to the bathroom."
