Akaka is a way to laugh in Argentina. Argentinians (Usually young people) use it instead of the simple "jajaja"(hahaha in English) to remark that this laugh is a jest, usually use to laugh directly at someone who suffered something bad.

Literally just gibberish. Some people think it means to laugh in Argentina, but that is just plain wrong.
