When women get together and happen to see something cute. Then they attempt to outdo each other in an "ahh" frenzy thereby achieving an "ahh" crescendo of orgiastic/orgasmic proportions.

Woman 1: "A cat AHHHH!" Woman 2: "Oh, AHHHHH-ahhhh!" Woman 3: "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Woman 4 sees the cat: "ahhh! Ahh! Ahh! Ahh! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Woman 5 just happens to be walking by but gets all swept up in the ahhgasm: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" At which point our rag tag group of women achieve ahhgasm and move on to giggle conspicuously about the next cute thing.

The feeling you get at the climax of a chick flick. People experiencing this are much more prone to say "awhhh" out loud, either just to themselves or to those around them.

I was watching 'The Proposal,' and when he asked her to marry him for real, I totally had an awhgasm.
