the 🔶 emoji next to someone's pronouns it is not their real pronouns. People use "🔶" if they're not in a safe position to say their pronouns and or they don't want people to know yet ext.
Vince is a non-binary man with a pronouns he/they but doesn't want family or friends to know so in their instagram bio he has "he/him🔶" so nobody will be aware of it until he want to.
