Get the stoned Philosophermug. 1. A person that shoots dice, either in back-alleys or in desperate situations such as an addiction to gambling.
2. Someone who gambles (literally or metaphorically) with something too important to lose (i.e; their life, their last money, their heart, etc.)

"Stones" in this case referring to the dice, and the shaker being someone who shakes the dice in their hand to provide momentum before throwing the dice. A stone shaker is, literally, someone who shakes dice.
