It is basically saying something ableist but masking it with an overall positive tone to avoid getting called out for ableism

Positive isn't the same thing as happy, though a lot of people get them mixed up.

A lot of people try to tell you be positive, which implies that it will make you happy to be positive, but positivity and happiness are not the same thing.
