A male or female that wears rompers every weekend and regularly gets sloppy drunk and sleeps with a different partners every time. Usually loud, sloppy and easy. Most commonly found on a campus usually in a sorority/fraternity.

Last night I barley dodged those romp rats by the quad. They were desperate for anyone.

I came up with this in a dream!! I was dreaming about my boyfriend cheating on me. In my dream I asked him if his mother knew he was cheating. He said "yes, and she called me a rubber rat".
