retard shit

This term should instead be referred to a moment rather than a person, place, or thing. perhaps when trying to make something function when without any given instruction, the party with subject manner at hand has severe difficulty completing the task because they didn't lookup how to or proper instructions were lost/destroyed - they try to tinker with their creativity skills and end up taking forever complete the task.
* also this may best relate to a 'tweaker moment', - when something isn't quite right with trying operating something with no credential or training/ backround experience therefore this DIY approach was taken way out of proportion and may take the individual forever to complete, because they don't know wtf they're doing, long story short. Something as frustrating as this sounds is what i call "retard shit" from trying to function without important parts or tools to get something to work.

example: "I don't have the patients for this 'retard shit' - trying to go out of my way to do this will make me be late for school! Find someone else to help you bruh! I give up."

scenerio: when trying to fix a spray bottle that is not spraying contents, when no instructions came equipped with the merchandise (spray nozzle and bottle) - yet, there may be a tube and little plastic components that are also fixxed with the nozzle part, that might need to lock in or be fixiated a certain way to make function properly.
