Fast-n-furious is a dance move recognized when an individual suddenly skates away hastily - when they are questioned about some action that they took earlier - that in retrospect now appears to have been done too fast-n-furious...

Usually refers to the diet adopted by front of house staff at the Bach, in Scotland. Most of these poor souls go a whole shift with no break or food, resulting in a forced fast, the Bach fast. Individuals who partake in Bach fast are usually stunning, skinny and incredibly depressed
Customer: omg you look amazing!
