DC coon

An aggressive and dangerous black person in the Washington DC area. They prey on tourists- mugging, stealing, carjacking..assaulting them. They will try and intimidate the victim by being loud and speaking coon talk. They have bad intentions. And there’s very little repercussions due to local political leader’s policies on crime.

While walking to the Jefferson Memorial, a group of DC coons threatened to shoot me if I didn’t give them my wallet.

During the slave trade weapons may be used towards disobeying black slaves. If a black slave refused to work the will be punished with a weapon, this was called a coon cannon.
