A species of easily-amused persons named Kelly that reside in Manhattan, Illinois, but freqently migrate to both Champaign and Chicago. Can usually be found purchasing Hello-Kitty related items, leaving various important items at Omie's dorm, and listening to emo music. Like all humans, they can potentially smell bad if they avoid bathing for long periods of time.
