"RED" being the album name while "TV" is an acronym for Taylor's Version. TV is a serie of re-recordings that Taylor Swift Started doing after she lost the master recording to Scooter Braun. She has re-recorded her albums Fearless, Red and Speak Now (As of me writing this). And she is of course planning to re-record the other albums being her debute (Taylor Swift), 1989 and reputation.
